Netflix has released a series of teasers for the upcoming sixth season of "The Crown," hinting at the portrayal of Princess Diana's relationship with Dodi Fayed in the late 1990s. Actress Elizabeth Debicki, who will play Diana, expressed that it was a unique challenge to depict the princess's final weeks. The season will be divided into two parts, with the first four episodes premiering on November 16th. Peter Morgan, the creator of the show, will once again serve as the writer. The series aims to handle the subject of Diana's death sensitively. Other images released show scenes on Dodi's father's yacht, played by Salim Daw. The role of Prince Charles will be reprised by Dominic West, while Rufus Kampa and Fflyn Edwards will portray William and Harry in the first half of the season. "The Crown" dramatizes real events but includes fictional conversations between characters. Netflix has responded to criticisms by highlighting that the show is a fictional dramatization based on historical events. Imelda Staunton will return as Queen Elizabeth II, and Prince William's challenges in integrating back into life at Eton following Diana's death will be depicted. The season will also cover the Queen's Golden Jubilee and William and Kate's courtship at the University of St Andrews.
