Singer Grimes, whose legal name is Clair Boucher, has taken legal action regarding the parental rights of her three children with Elon Musk. On 29 September, Grimes filed a petition to establish a parental relationship, following accusations that Mr. Musk prevented her from accessing one of their sons. Elon Musk, 52, has fathered at least 11 children with multiple women. The details of the petition, filed in the Superior Court of San Francisco, are not publicly known. Neither Grimes nor Musk has commented on the legal filing. Grimes and Musk have three children together: X Æ A-1 (X), born in May 2020; Exa Dark Sideræl (Y), born in December 2021; and Techno Mechanicus (Tau), born in June last year. Grimes, who had an intermittent relationship with Musk from 2018 to 2021, wrote a now-deleted social media post last month expressing her desire to see her son and asking for a response from Musk's lawyer. The post was reportedly in response to an image posted by journalist Walter Isaacson, showing twins that Musk fathered with tech executive Shivon Zilis. Grimes apologized for the post in a subsequent tweet on 10 September, stating her intention to keep her children out of the public eye. Elon Musk has had a total of 11 children, including six with his ex-wife Justine Mack. He was also previously married to Talulah Riley, an actress in Westworld. Notably, Musk is currently facing two other lawsuits: one from a California man who claims harassment based on a false post attributed to Musk during a far-right protest, and another from X Social Media in Florida, accusing him of trademark infringement for Twitter's new name.
